1. All La Chamba products can be used with the following:
Stovetop: gas or electric (Heat difuser recommended for electric stovetop)
Oven
Microwave
Directly on open fire
2. Once the ítem is unpacked, please wash item with a non abrasive sponge or towel to remove any dust remaining from the manufacturing process.
3. Don´t use overly scented soaps to wash the cooking pot as it can absorb the scent and transfer it to the food.
4. Don´t wash in dishwasher
5. Cure the pot as detailed above
6. Avoid schock temperatures. Increase temperature slowly and lower temperature slowly.
